ClipCall Quality Score Coaching: Business Profile

The next installment of the ClipCall Quality Score is the launch of our new and improved business profiles.
A pro’s profile is a major part of determining the Quality Score and helps customers feel more confident in booking services.

Why did we bother to take the time to build-up this part of the app?

The business profile is like a virtual handshake. It’s the first thing the customer will look at when deciding to book a pro or not. It exists as a service professional’s ClipCall identity and business card. Since we know first impressions are everything we worked hard to beef-up the business profiles. 

Through our feedback analyzation we’ve learned:
A better profile more than doubles the chance of getting booked. 

More leads and better jobs are being driven to those pros out there who have higher booking rates.
Higher booking rates come when customers feel they can trust their pro, and what’s the best way to gain a customer’s trust?
Give them as much information as possible about the business, who the pro is, and the quality of service that will be provided.
It all starts with the profile!
